A New Standard in Global Service Excellence for Chinese Auto Brands
“"Skills that transcend borders, service that transcends limits"” – On August 27-28, 2025, ChangAn Automobile successfully held its first Global Service Mastery Competition in Bangkok, Thailand. The event brought together 45 participants from 19 countries, who demonstrated their skills in three main areas: service competition, engine mechanical troubleshooting, and vehicle electrical system troubleshooting. It was a comprehensive demonstration of ChangAn’s professional service capabilities and the importance it attaches to talent development on the global stage.
From January to July 2025, ChangAn sold 1,565,860 vehicles, up 4.07% year-on-year. This included 348,825 units of exports, up 34.5% year-on-year. This strong global growth is based on ChangAn's continuous development of its service infrastructure. In 2024, the company will launch a global user brand label “withU”and abroad “"ChangAn Premium Service Experience"” service model. This created an integrated service framework called “One Network, Three Systems”. It includes 14,000+ global service points, 5 global central warehouses, 82 national warehouses, 4 overseas call centers and a pilot “Super Three-Electrical Repair Centers” It is worth noting that ChangAn has been in the top 10 for two consecutive years.
